I used Sinful Colors ‘Savage’ as the blue base, Duri Cosmetics ‘Toxic‘ as the neon green base, Sinful Colors ‘Call You Later’ for the glitter and Wet ‘n Wild Wild Shine top coat.
The process is very similar to the purple gradient glitter tips that I did a few weeks ago, except skip the accent nail. On that one, just do a few full coats of glitter.
